Jeff Dunham and Achmed I only recently discovered, and YES their humor is sometimes dark and maybe this clip is not appropriate for a christian celebrated holiday, but if you keep and open mind and reserve your values, this is a VERY good laugh.
Do yourself a favour and look at their other video on YouTube and that ought to give you the correct background for this video that is brilliant..
